In a city the size of Berlin, how do you narrow down the galleries to visit during Gallery Weekend Berlin? The short answer is, you can't. The next few posts are in no way definitive or exhaustive, but are naturally prejudiced towards painting and whatever I stumbled across. With that in mind, the obvious starting point was Jonas Burgert at Blain Southern with the unveiling of his his 660 x 2200cm canvas (ZEITLAICH). The crowds and the spectacle seemed to justify a post of it's own.
